Skip bin hire software · Built in Australia
Run the whole skip business from one screen.
SkipTrack prices every enquiry the moment it lands, texts and emails the quote, books the job, runs the day's deliveries and collections, and raises the invoice in Xero. One system, from the first click to the last dollar.
- Instant quotes by SMS and email
- Drag and drop run sheets
- Driver app, offline first
- Invoices raised in Xero
How it runs
From enquiry to invoice, without a single phone call.
Five hand-offs that used to live in a notebook, a spreadsheet and a driver's memory. SkipTrack carries the job across all of them.

01
Enquire
A customer fills in your quote form. It can sit on your own website with one script tag, run as a hosted page, or take the click straight from a Google Ad. Where they came from is kept on the quote.
- Embeddable form, one script tag
- Hosted quote page
- Source and campaign kept on every quote
-
02
Quote
SkipTrack prices it from your rate card: bin size and waste type, suburb fee, hire conditions, extras and surcharges, all inc GST. Then it texts and emails the customer a link to their quote.
- Your rates, your rules
- SMS and email, automatically
- Unpriced enquiries go to the office, never out wrong
-
03
Book
They review the breakdown, switch to a different size if they want and see the price change on the spot, add delivery details and request the booking. It lands in your system with a booking reference.
- Full price breakdown
- Size switcher that reprices instantly
- Pay by invoice before delivery, or pay the driver
-
04
Run
Dispatch drags today's run into order, by driver or by movement. Drivers get it on their phones. Photos, signatures, failed attempts and docket weights come straight back to the office.
- Drag and drop run sheet
- Live truck positions while clocked on
- Customer tracking page with the driver on the map
-
05
Paid
Verified jobs become invoices in Xero, with excess weight charged from the docket. The pay link goes out by SMS, payments sync back, and reminders chase anything past due.
- Invoices raised in Xero
- Payment reminders, spaced and capped
- Outstanding balances and aging by customer
Instant quotes
Priced before you have put the phone down.
Whoever quotes first usually wins the skip job. SkipTrack makes sure that is you, even when you are under a load and the phone is in the truck.
- Your rate card does the pricing. Bin size and waste type, suburb fees, hire conditions, excess days, extras and surcharges. Prices are GST inclusive throughout.
- A size switcher that reprices on the spot. Same waste type, same dates, different bin. The customer picks and the total updates.
- Quiet quotes get a nudge. Anything still sitting at sent or viewed gets an automatic follow up by text or email, only between 9 and 5 in your time zone.
- Nothing goes out wrong. An enquiry you have not priced, or a date you cannot do, comes to the office as an alert instead of a bad number.
Dispatch
Today's run, by driver or by movement.
The office sees every bin, every truck and every gap in the day. Drag the run into order, and the drivers' phones follow.
Today's run
- 01
Drag it into order
Reorder the run by hand. Drivers see the new order the moment it is saved.
- 02
Trucks on the map
Driver position while they are clocked on, so "where is my bin" is a glance, not a call.
- 03
Stock before you promise
Bin availability and hire limit warnings before a booking is accepted.
- 04
Customers can watch
A tracking page with the status stepper and the driver on the map.

Driver app · iOS and Android
Works where the signal does not.
Every tap queues on the phone and syncs when coverage returns. Photos stay on the device until they have landed. Nothing is silently lost.
- 01
Offline outbox
Status changes, photos and signatures queue on the phone and send themselves when it is back in range.
- 02
Proof of service
Timestamped, GPS tagged photos and a signature at every stop, filed against the job for any dispute.
- 03
Time clock and roster
Clock on, breaks, clock off, weekly hours, leave requests and the roster, synced to the office.
- 04
Cash that reconciles
What is owed at each stop, with the day's cash declared by the driver and counted by the office.
- 05
Messages, built in
Customers on the driver's own jobs, and the team channel with the office. No separate app.
- 06
PIN lock
Phones get left in trucks. A six digit PIN is asked for every time the app opens from closed.
Getting paid, and what the load cost you
The back office is in the same system as the truck.
Verified jobs raise invoices in your own Xero account, per job or per bin, with your tax codes and account mapping. The view and pay link goes to the customer by SMS. Payments and voids sync both ways, and failures surface in a panel instead of a mystery.
- Excess weight invoiced from the docket
- Statements emailed per customer
- Sync failures shown in a panel, not buried
Outstanding balances and aging by customer, a cash flow projection, payment reminders that are spaced and capped, and the driver cash handovers with every variance named.
- Not declared, to count, count differs, settled
- Reminders for invoices past due
- Cash flow projection
Every load is a waste movement with its docket. Material by waste type, cost by facility and by month, a diversion report, and scrap sales with their own Xero invoices. Operators with a sorting yard get the stockpile gauge too.
- Weighbridge dockets captured on the stop
- Disposal costs by destination
- Supplier reconciliation
Automations
Thirteen messages you will never send by hand again.
Every trigger has a text half and an email half. Edit the words, drop in the customer's name, bin size, price, dates, tracking link or invoice link, and switch each one on or off. Failed sends are retried and shown to you, not buried.
Collection reminders go at 7:00 am on collection day, in your time zone.

Plays well with what you already run.
Open by design: a REST API with OAuth clients, outbound webhooks and an MCP connector for the AI tools your office already uses.
See it quote a real enquiry.
Thirty minutes. You bring your rate card, we put an enquiry through it and you watch the text land.
