Features
Everything a skip business runs on.
Nine areas, one system. Pick one, or read it top to bottom: it follows a job from the first click to the last dollar.
Instant quotes
Quoted the moment they ask.
A customer enquires on your website or from your ad. SkipTrack prices it from your rate card, texts and emails them a link, lets them switch sizes, and takes the booking. The office only hears about the ones it needs to.
- A price by SMS and email
- Other sizes, repriced on the spot
- Booking in three steps
- A follow up if they go quiet
Four steps, none of them yours
What happens between the click and the booking.
They enquire
On the form on your website, a hosted quote page, or straight from an ad. Address lookup fills the suburb. The source, campaign and click ids ride along.
It is priced
Bin size and waste type, suburb fee, hire conditions, extras and surcharges, from your rate card. Anything you have not priced goes to the office as an alert instead.
It is sent
A text and an email with a link to their quote page. The same enquiry twice in ten minutes gets the same quote back, not a second text.
They book
Review the breakdown, switch sizes, add delivery details and a time slot, choose to pay by invoice before delivery or pay the driver, accept the terms. Done, with a booking reference.
The customer's page
Your name on it, not ours.
The quote page carries your business name, logo and colour. The customer sees the breakdown, the total inc GST, the other sizes with their prices, availability and the hire cap, and three clear steps to a booking. Try a colour.
- Reschedule the dates on the quote itself
- Request a call back from the page
- Expired and cancelled states, never a dead link
Other sizes, repriced on the spot
Change the size. The price follows.
The quote page lists every size you offer with its price. Pick another, and the quote reprices from your rate card and goes out again by SMS and email. Try it.
On your website with one tag
One script tag. Your form, your placements.
Drop the loader on any page. It draws the form in a frame that sizes itself, forwards the campaign and click ids into the quote, and names the placement so you can see which page or ad the enquiry came from. Styling lives in the Appearance tab.
- Named placements per source
- UTM, gclid and fbclid carried onto the quote
- A hosted page if you have no website at all
<script
src="https://skiptrack.app/embed.js"
data-tenant="your-business-id"
data-source="website-home"
async></script>
Guard rails
Fast, and still careful.
- 01
Follow up, politely
Quotes still sitting at sent or viewed after a delay you set get one more text or email, only between 9 and 5 in your time zone.
- 02
Nothing unpriced goes out
A size and waste combination you have not priced, or a date you cannot deliver, becomes an office alert rather than a wrong number on someone's phone.
- 03
No double texting
The same enquiry within ten minutes returns the existing quote. Public forms are rate limited per business.
- 04
Stock and hire caps
Options show availability, and the maximum hire per size is enforced on the quote page before anyone promises a bin that is not there.
- 05
Every message editable
The quote received, follow up, resized, accepted and call back messages are yours to word, with merge fields for the price, dates and link.
- 06
You can see what converts
Sent, viewed, accepted, by source and by campaign, with first and last touch kept on the quote.
Dispatch
Today's run, by driver or by movement.
The office sees every bin, every truck and every gap in the day. Drag the run into order, and the drivers' phones follow.
Today's run
- 01
Drag it into order
Reorder the run by hand. Drivers see the new order the moment it is saved.
- 02
Trucks on the map
Driver position while they are clocked on, so "where is my bin" is a glance, not a call.
- 03
Stock before you promise
Bin availability and hire limit warnings before a booking is accepted.
- 04
Customers can watch
A tracking page with the status stepper and the driver on the map.
Driver app · iOS and Android
Built for the cab, not the desk.
The run sheet, navigation, status updates, proof photos, the time clock, cash, yard loads and messages. Every tap works with no signal and syncs when it returns.

What the driver app does
Today
The run sheet, in the order the office set.
Four tabs: Today, Upcoming, Messages and Apps. Each stop opens to the job: navigate in the phone's own maps app, move the bin through its statuses, take the photos, enter the docket weight on a collection. Unfinished stops from earlier days are carried forward and marked late, never lost.
- Deliveries, collections, swaps and failed attempts
- Late stops carried forward
- New job and schedule change notifications
Proof of service
The photo that ends the argument.
Timestamped, GPS tagged photos at every stop, a bin placement photo on delivery, a signature or a "customer not present" mark, and the weighbridge docket on collection. All stored against the job, which is where you look when a customer disputes the invoice.
- Photos kept on the phone until they have uploaded
- Signature pad
- Docket photo and weight
Time clock
Clock on in the cab. The timesheet writes itself.
Clock on, take a break, clock off. The week's hours, the roster and leave requests are all under Apps. Location is shared with dispatch only while a driver is clocked on, and clocking off stops it.
- Weekly hours synced to the office
- Roster and leave requests
- Position only while on shift

Cash and the yard
What is owed at the door. What went over the weighbridge.
At each stop the driver sees the amount due, with suburb fees, excess charges and any payment already made worked in. At the end of the day they declare the cash, the office counts it, and the two numbers meet in Finance. Operators with a sorting yard get the Waste screen: stockpile levels, book an internal tip run, record the load.
- Cash handover with variance tracking
- Yard loads and stockpile
- Weighbridge entry and docket photo
Locked and in touch
PIN lock. Team chat. Push alerts.
Phones get left in trucks, so a six digit PIN is asked for every time the app opens from closed. Messages has two halves: the customers on the driver's own jobs, and the team channel with the office. New jobs and schedule changes arrive as push notifications.
- Six digit PIN on open
- Customer and team messages
- Crash reporting, no advertising or tracking SDKs
Area by area
Eleven places in the sidebar. One job that moves through all of them.
Today's run
By movement or by driver. Drag the stops into order and the drivers' phones follow. Two more tabs sit beside it: collections that still need a date, and the live map with every clocked on truck.
Jobs
A job is one site with one or more bins, each with its own delivery and collection dates, driver, status and price. Add a bin, book a swap, flag a problem, add a manual charge, enter the docket weight. The status vocabulary is the same on every screen and on the driver's phone.
Quotes
Every enquiry, priced and sent. See whether it was viewed, resend it, reprice it, move the dates, or answer a call back request. Each quote keeps where it came from: the form placement, the campaign, the first and last touch.
Invoicing
Four queues: to invoice, needs a weight, payments and Xero, account customers. Invoices are raised in your own Xero account with your tax codes and account mapping, per job or per bin. Anything that fails to sync shows up in a panel with the reason.
Customers
Every customer with their jobs, quotes, invoices and conversations in one place. Business customers and categories for the builders who book every week, statements by email, and a self service page where a customer can see their own hires.
Finance
Outstanding balances and aging by customer, a cash flow projection, and the driver cash handovers with every variance named: not declared, to count, count differs, settled. Payment reminders chase invoices past their due date, spaced and capped so nobody gets hounded.
Inbox and team chat
Customer texts land in one inbox, threaded by customer, with the job beside them. Send a bulk SMS when the weather moves a day. Team chat keeps the office and the drivers in one channel, with no separate app.
Waste management
Every load is a waste movement with its docket. Month overview by material and by facility, disposal costs by destination and by month, a diversion report, and scrap sales with their own Xero invoices. Operators with a sorting yard get the stockpile gauge and supplier reconciliation.
Team
Employees, timesheets straight from the driver app's time clock, leave requests, the roster, and fleet maintenance. Give a staff member the finance pages, or take them away, per person.
Analytics
Top suburbs, bin size breakdown and driver stats, each with a CSV export. A back office attention panel for the things that are quietly slipping, and fleet panels for the trucks.
Settings
Automations, businesses, inventory, operating hours, pricing, waste setup, quote forms, Xero, integrations and the driver app's stop conditions. A setup checklist and an onboarding wizard walk a new operator through it in order.
The pricing engine
Your rate card, written down once.
Every quote is built from the same rules, so the price a customer gets at 10pm on a Sunday is the price you would have given them.
- Bin pricing by size and waste type. A note per rate where you need one, shown to the customer with the option.
- Suburb fees and a changeover fee. By service area, so the far end of town pays for the drive.
- Hire conditions. Standard hire days, the excess charge period, a per size excess day rate and a maximum hire per size, enforced on the quote page.
- Surcharges, taxes, weight. Percent or fixed surcharges frozen on the job at booking. Weight allowance per size, with excess weight invoiced from the docket.
Prices are GST inclusive throughout. The figures shown are illustrative.
Scheduling and team
Who is on, where they are, what they did.
The roster and leave requests feed the day's run. The time clock on the driver's phone feeds the timesheet. Fleet maintenance sits beside both, so a truck off the road is visible before the run is built around it.
- Roster, leave and timesheets
- Fleet maintenance
- Truck position on the map while clocked on
Getting paid, and what the load cost you
The back office is in the same system as the truck.
Verified jobs raise invoices in your own Xero account, per job or per bin, with your tax codes and account mapping. The view and pay link goes to the customer by SMS. Payments and voids sync both ways, and failures surface in a panel instead of a mystery.
- Excess weight invoiced from the docket
- Statements emailed per customer
- Sync failures shown in a panel, not buried
Outstanding balances and aging by customer, a cash flow projection, payment reminders that are spaced and capped, and the driver cash handovers with every variance named.
- Not declared, to count, count differs, settled
- Reminders for invoices past due
- Cash flow projection
Every load is a waste movement with its docket. Material by waste type, cost by facility and by month, a diversion report, and scrap sales with their own Xero invoices. Operators with a sorting yard get the stockpile gauge too.
- Weighbridge dockets captured on the stop
- Disposal costs by destination
- Supplier reconciliation
Automations
Thirteen messages you will never send by hand again.
Every trigger has a text half and an email half. Edit the words, drop in the customer's name, bin size, price, dates, tracking link or invoice link, and switch each one on or off. Failed sends are retried and shown to you, not buried.
Collection reminders go at 7:00 am on collection day, in your time zone.

Waste tracking
Every load, with its docket.
A collection is also a waste movement. The driver enters the weighbridge docket at the stop, the office sees material by waste type, disposal cost by facility and by month, and a diversion report when a customer or a council asks for one. Scrap sales raise their own Xero invoices.
- Docket photo and weight captured on the stop
- Disposal costs by destination and by month
- Diversion report
- Scrap sales invoiced through Xero
Running a sorting yard? The yard screen adds stockpile levels, internal tip runs booked from the yard, and supplier reconciliation.
Control
Your brand on every page a customer sees.
Your name, logo and colour on the quote page, the options page and the tracking page. The office sidebar takes your colour too, with the text colour picked automatically to stay readable. Five roles, with per person overrides when one size does not fit.
- Tenant admin, staff, driver, yard, maintenance
- Setup checklist and onboarding wizard
- Command palette to jump anywhere
